Russell in business for 48 years, is looking for a <strong>high-performing Business Development </strong>Representative to grow our commercial and residential restoration business. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></div><ul>
<li>Prospect and close new commercial restoration business (water, fire, mold, reconstruction) </li>
<li>Build relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients </li>
<li>Secure Priority Response Agreements and long-term partnerships </li>
<li>Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets </li>
<li>Track activity and forecast through CRM </li>
<li>Represent the company in the field and at networking events </li>

<li>Lead by example with strong personal production </li>
<li>Support and mentor a small sales team </li>
<li>Help drive accountability and performance </li>

<li>2+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience <strong>with verifiable results</strong> </li>
<li>Restoration sales experience <strong>strongly preferred</strong> </li>
<li>Existing relationships in insurance/property management = big plus </li>
<li>Strong closer mentality — you know how to win work </li>
<li>Self-driven, disciplined, and competitive </li>
<li>Comfortable being held accountable to numbers </li>
