<li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Provide 1:1 and group-based Job Readiness and Soft Skills training, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace behavior, and communication.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Conduct vocational testing and assessments such as the <em>Holland’s Interest Inventory</em>, <em>WRAT</em>, <em>COPS/CAPS</em>, and other standardized tools as appropriate.</span></li>
