About the Role

New Role  Our client is currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring efficient office functions. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with scope for longer-term opportunities following successful performance. Responsibilities: Assist with invoicing using auto-entry and sage accounts. Processing purchase orders and reconciling purchase orders to invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Dealing with any queries regarding creditors ledger and providing answers in a timely and efficient manner. Support the preparation of month end accounts and all duties required. Education & Experience  Proven office experience with strong organisational skills. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office. Experience with Sage Accounts 50 is essential. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Benefits  Company pension Life insurance On-site parking
