The Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) , you will: Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher where required. Provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions. Support teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated learning. Work closely with pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD and ADHD . Implement positive behaviour strategies (PRICE or TeamTeach experience is desirable). Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Help create a calm, supportive and inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have: HLTA status or substantial experience working at HLTA level.
