<p data-start="588" data-end="690">Are you an experienced accountant looking for genuine progression in a supportive, independent firm?</p>
<p data-start="692" data-end="890">We’re working with an established practice in Northamptonshire that’s planning for the future and looking to bring in a hands-on accountant with a strong background in accounts, audit and tax.</p>
<p data-start="892" data-end="1104">This is a varied, rewarding position — ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, variety in their work, and being part of a small team rather than just another number in a large firm.</p>
<p data-start="1106" data-end="1424"><strong data-start="1106" data-end="1124">About the Role</strong><br data-start="1124" data-end="1127" />You’ll work with the owner and manage your own client portfolio, support and review junior staff, and get involved across accounts preparation, tax compliance and audit work. Audit forms only a small part of the year (around two months, spread out), giving you plenty of scope to broaden your skills across other areas.</p>
