We're hiring a Paid Social & Programmatic Executive to support the delivery, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels for a major consumer brand.
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic channels, helping drive high-quality traffic and performance to a leading consumer website.
You'll work closely with brand, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed, insight-led, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimise Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns
Monitor daily performance and deliver clear reporting and insights
Recommend improvements to improve campaign performance and efficiency
Work with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery
Support performance tracking against KPI and budget targets
Present campaign performance when required
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Paid Social campaigns
Understanding of Programmatic Display and Video
Strong Excel and data interpretation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing brands
Degree educated
Exposure to broader digital marketing channels
