Senior Negotiator and Valuer - Bridgwater £28,000 to £30,000 Basic | £40,000+ OTE | Full-time, Permanent Established Independent Agent | Great Career Prospects About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to take the next step in their career with a well-respected local agency. You'll be conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, and playing a key role in the success of a busy and thriving branch. What We Offer Competitive basic salary of £28k to £30k, Experience Dependent Realistic OTE of £40,000+ Established independent agency with excellent local reputation High-quality leads and strong stock pipeline Supportive, professional team environment Clear career progression opportunities Monday to Friday working pattern with Saturday rotation A role where your effort is genuinely rewarded Key Responsibilities Conduct property valuations and market appraisals for potential vendors Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of properties Provide expert advice to vendors on pricing and marketing strategies Manage property viewings and showcase homes to prospective buyers Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome Progress sales from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and all parties involved Register and qualify new applicants Build long-term relationships with clients in the local area Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system Work closely with the team to ensure branch targets are consistently met Represent the business professionally at all times What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister within estate agency Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships Strong local knowledge of Bridgwater and the surrounding areas (or willingness to learn quickly) Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission Excellent negotiation and sales skills Professional, well-presented, and articulate Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and access to a car Desirable Experience conducting property valuations Established local network in Bridgwater Previous experience with an independent agency Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets You are the right candidate if: You're an experienced property professional who thrives on winning business and building relationships.
