About the Role
Cornwall Council are looking for a committed and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adults Learning Disabilities Team based in Camborne, Cornwall. pay rate - £32.50ph. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives within their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews
Develop person-centred support plans that promote independence and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with adults, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams
Manage safeguarding enquiries in line with statutory duties
Support individuals through transitions and complex decision-making
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
