CSA Engineer – Data Centre Project

€90,000 - €100,000  + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month

We are currently recruiting experienced CSA Engineers to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of Europe's largest mission-critical developments, supporting the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a fast-track construction programme.

The successful candidate will play a key role in quality assurance, site coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor Civil, Structural and Architectural works throughout construction.

• Ensure all works are delivered in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality requirements.

• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards and ensure documentation is submitted correctly and on time.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, tracking progress against programme requirements.

• Attend and contribute to site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, coordination meetings, and handover activities.

• Review technical drawings and liaise with design teams to resolve engineering and construction issues.

• Carry out inspections, snagging walks, and quality audits.

• Raise and manage defects through approved project management systems and ensure timely close-out.

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation.

• Support project delivery by identifying and resolving technical and coordination challenges.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years' experience on large-scale construction projects.

• Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site practices.

• Experience with QA/QC procedures, inspections, snagging, and documentation control.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring site progress.

• Proficient with construction management software and reporting platforms.

• Data Centre, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Mission Critical project experience would be highly advantageous.
