Escrow Support Supervisor LOCATION Mesa, AZ | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay Range: $22.50hr • Full-Time • Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime during peak production periods • W2 Employment ROLE IMPACT The Escrow Support Supervisor leads a centralized production team responsible for supporting the opening and closing of residential escrow transactions. This position ensures operational efficiency, quality, compliance, and exceptional service by overseeing daily workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role is measured by strong team performance, accurate processing, and the ability to consistently meet production goals while developing a high-performing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and supervise a centralized escrow support team, overseeing daily production, workflow distribution, and service levels. • Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and workload priorities while adjusting staffing and approving overtime to meet business demands. • Review escrow documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, resolving escalated issues as needed. • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members while conducting performance reviews and supporting employee development. • Partner with internal teams to communicate process updates, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare operational performance reports for leadership. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in escrow operations, title services, mortgage, or a related real estate transaction environment. • Strong knowledge of residential escrow processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance. • Demonstrated ability to lead high-volume production teams, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
