What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Register buyers, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Generate valuations and identify opportunities to win new instructions
- Progress agreed sales through to completion while maintaining regular communication with all parties
- Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving office targets and maintaining high service standards

- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
- Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Professional appearance with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
