Requirements
- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and model evaluation
- Experience working with production AI/ML models and deploying scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Python for high-quality coding and collaboration
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn new AI/ML techniques and technologies
- Experience with end-to-end AI/ML processes at scale is a plus
- Familiarity with multiple LLM models, tools, and emerging agent paradigms is desirable
- Experience with AWS AI/ML stacks and document processing with LLMs is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in the software industry
- Minimum of 4-year degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI-powered product features using the latest technologies
- Evaluate, experiment, and optimize LLM context engineering and agent workflows
- Monitor, maintain, and improve production AI/ML models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI services into customer-facing platforms
- Provide strategic and tactical input on AI/ML technical decisions
- Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML skills, staying ahead of industry best practices
- Contribute to a focused team committed to delivering high-impact results for customers
