JOIN OUR TEAM As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support Westwing’s communication and media relations activities across the CEE markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia). You will work directly with the Expert Lead CEE and gain hands-on experience in various public relations processes within a fast-paced, international environment. This position is unlimited and based in Warsaw. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare visual media albums and trend overviews for journalists Draft short press materials such as notes, product descriptions, and basic communication assets, assisted by AI where applicable Handle daily media inquiries and coordinate product information, image requests, and samples Support the organization of PR events, press meetings, and photo shoots Research and update media databases across CEE markets and assist with day-to-day PR tasks Create PR reports and summaries, including media monitoring, KPIs, and coverage tracking YOU COME WITH Interest in PR, communication, media relations, or the lifestyle/design industries Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proactivity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A creative mindset and readiness to contribute fresh ideas as part of a team Native-level command of Polish and a very good command of English Previous internship experience in PR, journalism, social media, or related areas is an advantage WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
