Schedule: </strong>Monday-Friday, 6am &#8211; 2:30pm </span><br /> <strong>Night Shift Schedule: </strong>Monday-Friday, 10pm &#8211; 6:30am </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Verifies stock to work order requirements (alloy, temper, gauge, size, producer, lot no, and grain direction)</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Sets up saw</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Cuts and verifies parts are within customer required tolerances using micrometer and caliper instruments</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Marks each part with customer required identification</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Labels and marks each remnant per AMI rem policy</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Stamps work orders with quality issued inspection stamp as required by Q.C. manual</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Performs daily maintenance checks of metal saw and completes check list Performs weekly maintenance per schedule</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Performs daily housekeeping of work area</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Coordinates pick up of scrap metal containers</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Adheres to safety policies and procedures</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Operated forklift and overhead crane, as required</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Performs in process and final inspection of parts</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Participate in TQM and SPC meetings as required</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">In smaller facilities, may perform additional duties such as physical receiving and packing</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">May sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Previous saw operating experience </span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Ability to use measuring tools including micrometers and calipers </span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 14.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</span></span></p> <li>
