Functieomschrijving Support the administration and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs Assist with salary benchmarking and market data analysis Support annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefit renewals Prepare compensation data, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders Ensure correct documentation of compensation policies and practices Act as a point of contact for C&B‑related questions from HR and employees Support compliance with Dutch labour law and internal reward guidelines Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation data Profiel Immediately available 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits or Rewards Strong Excel skills; experience with HR systems is a plus Accurate, analytical, and comfortable working with data Proactive and able to work independently in a part‑time setup Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus Aanbod €50 - €60 per hour for freelancers €4000 - €6000 per month based on 40h and experience (employment) 20 hours/week Travel allowance Pension scheme International environment Contact Francesco Proietti Referentienummer JN-042026-7002569 Telefoon +31205789470
