Sirius Staffing is hiring Multiple positions for Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing facility in Whitsett, NC. This position supports the production team by preparing materials and components for assembly. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Available ShiftsShiftDaysHours1st ShiftMonday–Friday6:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd ShiftMonday–Friday3:30 PM – 12:00 AM3rd ShiftSunday–Thursday11:30 PM – 7:00 AM Job ResponsibilitiesRemove packaging materials from parts and components without causing damage.Organize and prepare kits of materials for production.Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy.Stage and deliver materials to designated production areas.Maintain clean and organized workstations.Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.Report damaged materials or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.Assist with inventory organization and material replenishment as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, kitting, packaging, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Manual dexterity to handle small parts and materials.Work EnvironmentFast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Required PPE includes an ESD smock, grounding strap/shoes, and hairnet.No artificial nails or other items that could contaminate products.Overtime may be required based on production needs.
