Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (50%)

· Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using social media, online platforms, internal databases, and networking.

· Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments across a broad range of professional roles.

· Coordinate client interviews, complete reference checks, and manage offer processes from start to finish.

· Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with candidates and clients to ensure alignment, engagement, and satisfaction.

· Develop and manage candidate pipelines to support current and future opportunities.

· Drive candidate retention through regular outreach and relationship-building.

· Address and resolve employee relations issues at client sites, partnering as needed with internal leadership.

· Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects assigned.

Business Development & Client Engagement (30%)

· Generate new business opportunities and secure job orders through outreach, relationship building, and consultative conversations.

· Engage prospective and existing clients via phone, virtual meetings, and targeted follow-ups.

· Conduct account check-ins and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify hiring trends, and recommend staffing solutions.

· Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across multiple industries.

· Resolve client issues promptly with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and follow-through.

· Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to connect with candidates and prospective clients.

· Attend networking events and client meetings in coordination with the Director of Growth.

Additional Responsibilities (10%)

· Lead or support special initiatives focused on improving recruiting, business development, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

· Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or client-facing sales strongly preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.

· Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-through.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

· Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
