We are recruiting an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the Guildford area. The role will involve plumbing works alongside a range of general maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in occupied homes and able to complete associated trades such as patch plastering, carpentry, or tiling where required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumber Multi-Trader
Strong plumbing skills with multi-trade capability
Experience in residential repairs & maintenance
Full UK driving licence
