Our client is a successful property investments company based in Chester with an international portfolio of clients. They have strong relationships with some extremely high-profile developers, and exclusive access to some of the most prestigious off plan properties in the UK.
Due to consistent growth and expansion plans for the future, they are looking for exceptional sales consultants to join their highly successful business. We are looking for highly professional sales agents, confident negotiators and experienced relationship builders. You should be confident with developing new business and able to offer a superior service than your market competitors. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.
The role is office based; therefore we are looking for passionate sales agents who have experience in consultative, high value telephone based sales. You should be an intelligent and professional candidate who can adapt your sales technique to suit clients from all over the world.
Offering a basic salary of £25k together with an OTE of £80k+ plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
