<p><strong>Junior Sales Executive – Field Sales</strong></p>
<p><strong>12 Months FTC with a strong chance of going permanent</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>North Birmingham and surrounding areas</p>
<p><strong>Salary</strong>: £35,500 basic + £7,000 commission + Company Car</p>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>Manage an existing portfolio across independent retail, grocery, franchise stores and petrol stations. You’ll complete multiple store visits daily, educating retailers, improving brand visibility, launching new products and driving market share. Build strong relationships with store owners, staff and wholesalers while promoting a leading FMCG brand. This organisation offers excellent training, long‑term progression and a supportive environment.</p>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong></p>
<p>Entry‑level or early‑career sales talent. Telesales backgrounds welcome. Must be enthusiastic, articulate, well‑presented and hardworking. Full driving licence required. Degree preferred. Flexibility to stay away one night per week.</p>
