Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing and production cost data, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Perform margin and variance analysis, reconciling and investigating discrepancies
- Support financial decision-making by providing routine reporting to leadership
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entry preparation and cost-related reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing accounting and standard cost experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
