Electro/Mechanical Assembly

TMD STAFFING IS HIRING ASSEMBLY TECHNICIANS

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 DOE
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

TMD Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing environment working with electro/mechanical coil assemblies. 

Key Requirements

• Strong attention to detail 
• Mechanical aptitude / hands-on ability 
• 3–5 years assembly line experience 
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems 
• Basic math and inspection skills 
• Experience with tools and production equipment 

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro/mechanical components 
• Prepare materials (cutting, welding, heat shrinking, adhesives, etc.) 
• Maintain quality standards and complete documentation 
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and 5S practices 
• Support production improvements and cross-training 
• Inspect and reject non-conforming parts 

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED 
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred 
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs 
• Able to stand for long periods 
• Must be able to read technical instructions and identify colors/wiring 

Subject to passing pre-qualifiers (BG and DS)
