Junior DevOps Engineer

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you'll support the team in deploying applications and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, building automation scripts, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Your Responsibilities Assisting in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, monitoring pipeline runs and deployment jobs. Supporting the deployment of applications and infrastructure in Azure environments using IaC tools like Bicep, ARM, or Terraform. Helping troubleshoot pipeline and infrastructure issues with guidance and support from senior engineers. Collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery processes. Documenting processes, learnings, and repeatable tasks to support team knowledge and operational efficiency. Taking part in incident resolution and root cause analysis, developing your problem-solving skills in live environments. Participating in team meetings, code reviews, and DevOps knowledge-sharing sessions. Continuously improving your skills and staying up to date with best practices in cloud and DevOps. What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or basic IaC tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform). Willingness to learn Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts in a hands-on environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team. A proactive approach and eagerness to solve problems, with openness to feedback and mentorship. Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience from bootcamps or personal projects.
