Job Description

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for support to the Inventory control process for HoneyBaked Ham

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Daily and weekly cycle counts

• Physically count trailers and maintain trailer log

• Monitor expiring/expired goods, report on and dispose of them in a timely manner

• Assist in maintaining damaged goods list

• Work in the Packaging department when needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no direct reports.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of Inventory Control

• Experience in a food processing environment (Optional but preferred)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

There is a requirement to lift or handle moderate-weight material and/or equipment (up to 60 pounds).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is periodically exposed to conditions common to food processing including noisy environments and cold temperatures. Pay: $20.00 per hour
