Design Technology Teacher - Sleaford

About the role:

Juustteachers are seeking a Design Technology (DT) teacher to join a secondary school in Sleaford on a part-time basis from September 2026. The role is suited to a confident practitioner with experience delivering practical and theoretical side of DT lessons. The school is welcoming and supportive of new staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach DT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Deliver engaging practical lessons
• Use initiative and take action to improve attainment and engage students
• Manage behaviour effectively and be a role model to pupils

Pre-requisites:

• QTS is advantageous but not essential
• Experience teaching DT to this age range is essential
• Be reliable, personable and organised
• Have a strong subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills
• Provide two education/school based references from the last two years
