Handyman / Multitrader £35,000 + Bonus | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Company Van + Tools ProvidedWe are seeking an experienced Handyman/Multitrader to maintain a portfolio of residential properties. This mobile role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and has a broad range of maintenance and repair skills.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across multiple propertiesBasic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor electrical tasksLone working across various sites - must be comfortable managing your own scheduleResponding to maintenance requests promptly and professionallyEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardRequirements:Proven handyman or multitrade experienceComfortable and confident working aloneFull, clean UK driving licenceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with excellent time managementWhat We Offer:£35,000 salary plus performance-based bonusMonday-Friday hours (8:00am-4:30pm)Company van and tools providedFriendly and supportive team environment
