My client is a well-established Insurance and Financial Services organisation specialising in the marine sector. The Role:
- Based in Plymouth, Devon
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Opportunity to work from home one day per week following probation
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Processing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Handling a wide range of client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
About You:
- Experience within commercial insurance (or strong transferable knowledge)
- Confident managing policies end-to-end
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good understanding of commercial insurance products and the wider market
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-first approach
- Proven ability to retain and develop client relationships
- Background or strong interest in sailing, marine, or yachting would be advantageous
