Afternoon Warehouse Associate – Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Overview

This Afternoon Warehouse Associate role supports daily operational excellence by safely handling materials, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a high-performance team environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 1500–2330 with overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Powered industrial equipment operation — Operate lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move product, equipment, and materials.

• High-accuracy scanning — Use handheld scanners with precision to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Trailer loading/unloading — Support inbound and outbound freight as needed.

• 7S compliance — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Process excellence — Demonstrate consistency and commitment to quality standards.

• Quality policy adherence — Understand and follow all supply chain quality expectations.

• Inbound receiving — Perform receiving tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting capability — Lift 50 lbs frequently; 75+ lbs occasionally.

• Varied physical movement — Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.

• Extended activity — Stand, sit, or walk for long periods.

• Tool handling — Use hands and fingers to handle tools/equipment.

• Temperature tolerance — Work in hot or cold environments.
