As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage your own specialist desk, developing both your commercial awareness and sales expertise from day one.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>
<p>You’ll receive full training across the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:</p>
<p>• Sourcing and attracting top talent through multiple channels<br />
• Reviewing CVs and conducting candidate pre-screenings<br />
• Advertising roles across job boards and company platforms<br />
• Building and managing relationships with both clients and candidates<br />
• Submitting candidates and managing the interview process<br />
• Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face<br />
• Supporting negotiations and closing placements<br />
• Attending networking and client entertainment events</p>
