We, at Liberty ARC, are pleased to announce the promotion of Diana Mack to the role of Director of Human Resources (HR).
In her new position, Mack will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the agency’s human resources initiatives, and will oversee employment, talent acquisition, legal compliance, employee relations, compensation, staff training, and other HR functions.
Mack has been with the agency for 24 years and in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field (I/DD) for 38 years.
“I believe in our mission and truly love what I do here,” Mack said. “The relationships you build with those we support and knowing that you have a part in making a difference in their lives is very rewarding. I am looking forward to expanding on the relationships I have already built amongst all the departments and continuing to be a resource for them as well as for the HR and Staff Training teams.”
Mack first came to Liberty ARC as a Reimbursement Manger for the Business Office and then moved on to work in the HR department as a Benefits Specialist. In 2012, Mack was promoted to the role of HR Manager, a role she has held for the past 14 years.
“Diana brings a rich history with both the I/DD field and Liberty ARC to her new role as the Director of Human Resources,” said Liberty ARC CEO Jennifer Saunders. “Diana has a wealth of HR knowledge and experience. She is highly respected among her colleagues and brings with her a strong commitment and heart for our mission.”
