Job Description
Oversee and lead a production team of 10 employees on the weekend shift
Serve as a hands-on floor leader who actively mentors, coaches, and develops team members
Drive production output and operational efficiency while maintaining high performance standards
Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and foster a culture of safety across the production floor
Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing supervision or lead experience required
Chemical industry background is a plus
Mechanically inclined with aptitude for troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving
