You will act as the senior operational contact for the client, building trusted relationships while ensuring service delivery consistently exceeds expectations.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Operational Leadership</strong><br>• Lead the delivery of security operations across multiple corporate sites.<br>• Develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary operational contact.<br>• Ensure the highest standards of physical security, asset protection and customer service.<br>• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.<br>• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.<br>• Lead incident management and support emergency response planning.<br>• Ensure consistency of service across all locations.<br><strong>Leadership & People Management</strong><br>• Lead, motivate and develop site managers, supervisors and security teams.<br>• Recruit, coach and retain high-performing security professionals.<br>• Conduct performance reviews, one-to-ones and development planning.<br>• Manage staffing levels, rostering and resource planning.<br>• Handle employee relations including investigations, disciplinary processes and welfare meetings.<br>• Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performance culture.<br><strong>Quality, Compliance & Governance</strong><br>• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and industry regulations.<br>• Develop, review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<br>• Monitor KPI and SLA performance.<br>• Lead operational audits and quality assurance programmes.<br>• Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.<br><strong>Health, Safety & Risk</strong><br>• Promote a positive safety culture across all locations.<br>• Conduct Health & Safety audits and risk assessments.<br>• Lead investigations following incidents.<br>• Respond to major incidents and support business continuity planning.<br><strong>Administration & Reporting</strong><br>• Produce high-quality operational reports and management information.<br>• Monitor incidents, trends and performance metrics.<br>• Support payroll, invoicing and operational administration.<br>• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.<br><strong>Essential Experience</strong><br>• Minimum 5 years' experience within corporate security, guarding, military or law enforcement.<br>• Significant experience managing multi-site security operations.<br>• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams.<br>• Experience within corporate, commercial or financial services environments.<br>• Excellent client relationship management skills.<br>• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management and compliance.<br>• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and contract performance.<br>• Excellent organisational and planning skills.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.<br>• Full UK driving licence.<br>• Willingness to travel regularly between sites.<br><strong>Desirable</strong><br>• SIA Door Supervisor Licence.<br>• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.<br>• CPP or other recognised security qualification.<br>• Experience of GSOC, Control Rooms, Event Security or Security Technology.<br>• Experience with access control, CCTV and security management systems.<br><br><strong>Key Skills</strong><br>• Security Operations Management<br>• Corporate Security<br>• Multi-Site Management<br>• Physical Security<br>• Client Relationship Management<br>• Operational Leadership<br>• Team Development<br>• Incident Management<br>• Risk Management<br>• Security Compliance<br>• Health & Safety<br>• Business Continuity<br>• Audit & Quality Assurance<br>• Performance Management<br>• SOP Development<br>• KPI & SLA Management<br>• Crisis Management<br>• Security Technology<br>• Access Control<br>• CCTV Systems<br><br><br>This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly professional organisation delivering security services to a prestigious corporate client.
