This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied Public Law Children caseload as a care specialist, working within a friendly and highly regarded team.<br> <br> <strong>Type of work for this Public Law Children Solicitor role:</strong><ul><li>Care proceedings (Children Act 1989)</li><li>Representation in public law children matters</li><li>Emergency protection and interim care orders</li><li>Fact-finding hearings involving neglect and abuse allegations</li><li>Case management and final hearings in the Family Court</li><li>Preparation of evidence bundles and witness statements</li><li>Instructing and liaising with expert witnesses</li><li>Negotiation with local authorities and CAFCASS</li><li>Advocacy in contested hearings</li><li>Legal aid case management</li></ul><br> <strong>The Firm:</strong><br> Established over 60 years ago, our client has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice with a personal and approachable service.
