Job Order # 57280 Branch: 49 TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Instrument Tuber in Northwest side of Houston, 77041 area! WORK ENVIRONMENT In-Person, Shop RESPONSIBILITIES Plan layout and installation according to instructions using drawings, blueprints, sketches, and manualsMeasure thread, cuts, and assemble cable tray and support systemsInstall tubing and clamps into cable tray systemsMeasure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install tubing and pipingPlan and coordinate daily work with limited supervisionUtilize hand, hydraulic and power toolsDrill and tap holies in structures and attach brackets, guards, according to drawingsOperate man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, bandsaws, hose cutting/crimping devices, pressure pumps, and hydraulic pumping unitsInspect and maintain tools QUALIFICATIONS 2 + years Instrumentation experience in Swagelok stainless steel tubing in Oil & GasExperience with man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, band sawsTubing from ¼ inch to 1 inch – Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) experience (high quality tubing)Ready hydraulic schematicsFit, cut, and band stainless steel tubing without errorsMust pass bend test PAY $28-34/hour, DOE SCHEDULE 5am-5:30pm or 5pm-5am, must be flexible to work OT and weekends as needed WHO IS TMD STAFFING?
