You will have previous experience at a minimum Junior Sous Chef level, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up and your background will be in fresh food restaurants.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the brigade.
Supervise and mentoring junior chefs.
Contribute creative input to seasonal menus.
Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
