About the Role
<h3><strong>About the Role:</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects within affordable housing developments.<br />
This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage electrical construction projects for affordable housing developments from start to finish</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts</li>
<li>Oversee estimating, procurement, and project financial performance</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with electrical codes, design specifications, and safety standards</li>
<li>Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation</li>
<li>Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting requirements</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in electrical construction, contracting, or engineering</li>
<li>Proven background in project management, budgeting, and financial oversight</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management and construction software tools</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Required Experience:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of affordable housing project experience</li>
<li>5+ years of electrical estimating experience</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in multifamily residential or affordable housing developments</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and code compliance</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget</li>
</ul>

Base Salary - USD $70,000 to $160,000
