The Role
The firm is looking for a talented Property Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to become a key member of its close-knit and high-performing team.
You’ll work on a broad mix of commercial and residential property disputes, acting for developers, investors, landlords, and tenants—while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
This is an excellent opportunity to run your own caseload (with support) and gain hands-on exposure to high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters
- Advising on landlord & tenant disputes, development contracts, insolvency, rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and statutory notices
- Liaising directly with clients, Counsel, and the courts
- Conducting legal research and advising on litigation strategy
- Analysing Land Registry title documents
- Attending hearings and supporting case progression
- Taking ownership of billing and time recording
- Contributing to business development and client engagement
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About the Team
You’ll join a supportive Property Litigation team comprising:
- 1 Partner
- 1 Senior Associate
- 1 Associate
- 1 Trainee

What the Firm Is Looking For
- 3–5 years’ PQE in property litigation (private practice)
- Strong academic background (2:1 or equivalent)
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- A personable, team-oriented mindset

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm
- Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)
