The Role:

As Supporter Journey Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of inspiring, insight‑driven supporter journeys for key Oxfam audiences. Your work will strengthen supporters’ long‑term connection with Oxfam, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and motivated to deepen their engagement over time.

You will take ownership of income targets for each supporter group, using data, creativity, and collaboration to maximise opportunities for supporters to diversify their involvement — whether through giving, campaigning, volunteering, or other forms of action.

This role is central to shaping how supporters experience Oxfam’s mission, ensuring every interaction contributes to a meaningful, rewarding relationship that drives lasting impact.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing direct marketing / individual giving programmes
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of supporter relationship development
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups. Positive and solutions focused with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate Oxfam values.
  • Project management skills, with proven experience of planning, implementing and evaluating supporter communication activity across a range of channels.
  • Demonstrable experience of audience listening, research and insights techniques.
  • High levels of numeracy and experience of budget management.
  • Experience of agency management.
  • Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces.
