Year 4 Teacher Peterborough

About the role:

Justteachers is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued partner primary schools in Peterborough for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher.

This full-time position begins September 2026 and is expected to run until October half-term.

The school offer a welcoming and supportive environment for all staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with KS2 curriculum
• Working well with your job-share teacher to ensure the best outcomes for your students
• Creative a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensuring assessment is up to date for all students
• Following the school’s behaviour management policy

Pre-requisites:

• QTS or similar teaching qualification
• Ability to provide two education or school based references
• Recent UK experience teaching in KS2
• Strong classroom management
• A commitment to safeguarding and providing a safe learning environment
