Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and reviews of foster placements to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
• Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, including training and development opportunities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Advocating for children’s rights and needs, ensuring their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
• Proven experience in fostering or child protection services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
