What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- A BS degree in an engineering discipline complemented by 3-7 years of experience across engineering, construction, and project management activities.
- A broad and diverse skill set across multiple disciplines, with strong knowledge of design standards, specifications, and work processes.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills, coupled with excellent organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- The ability to thrive under tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities with resilience and adaptability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with project management systems or tools specific to the energy sector.
- Familiarity with long-lead equipment sourcing and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) processes.
- Additional certifications relevant to engineering or project management.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- A track record of success in multi-disciplinary projects within the energy industry, demonstrating project leadership and technical expertise.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to participate actively in project development, bid evaluations, and contractor coordination.
- Willingness to engage with project teams and contractors to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Possible travel to project sites or supplier facilities as needed.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards across all project phases.
