This full-year opportunity would suit a knowledgeable and organised SEND professional looking to join a supportive school community with established systems, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to inclusive practice. About the Role As SENDCo, you will lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school while working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive. The role also includes one day of teaching each week, providing the opportunity to remain connected to classroom practice while leading strategically across the school.
