About the Role
<p><strong>Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon</strong><br />
<strong>Salary: Open to conversation, depending on experience</strong></p>
<p>My client in West Sussex is looking for a dedicated <strong>Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon</strong> to join a focused, friendly, and experienced referral team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about orthopaedics and ready to work in a well-equipped, supportive environment where clinical excellence is a shared priority.</p>
<p>You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team that includes a Specialist in Small Animal Surgery, a residency-trained surgeon, an Advanced Practitioner, and an orthopaedic intern. The role is ideal for someone who is already an RCVS Specialist in Small Animal Surgery (Orthopaedics) or who has completed the ECVS or ACVS diploma exams.</p>

<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>

<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Open to conversation, depending on experience</p>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time or part-time – I’m especially open to candidates interested in 2–3 days per week</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>You’ll be part of a small, highly focused team with excellent facilities and everything needed to manage a full range of orthopaedic cases, from routine to advanced procedures.</p>
