<p data-start="562" data-end="777">We’re partnering with a leading UK residential developer that delivers high quality new homes across the country. They are now seeking a <strong data-start="699" data-end="724">Graduate Town Planner</strong> to join their planning team at their Ruislip office.</p>
<h3 data-start="779" data-end="802"><strong data-start="783" data-end="802">The Opportunity</strong></h3>
<p data-start="803" data-end="1190">As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior planners, development managers, and multi-disciplinary teams to support the planning process for strategic housing projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of planning activities tied to housebuilding – from policy interpretation and site appraisals to pre-application engagement and planning submissions.</p>

<p data-start="1811" data-end="1904">Recent graduate in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited course preferred)</p>

<p data-start="1998" data-end="2046">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p>
