About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and confident Customer Service Advisor to join a large, high-profile purpose-built student accommodation site in Norwich.This is far more than a front desk role - it's about creating a vibrant, welcoming community. You'll be the face of the building, someone who knows residents by name, brings positive energy to the site, and isn't afraid to take the lead on hosting events, building engagement, and making the resident experience unforgettable.If you're someone who thrives on interaction, enjoys organising social activities (think quiz nights, resident events, and community initiatives), and loves being at the heart of the action - this could be the perfect role for you.About the RoleThis is a varied, people-focused position combining customer service, community engagement, and operational support within a busy residential environment.Key responsibilities include:Delivering a warm, friendly and professional front-of-house experienceBuilding strong relationships with residents and creating a real sense of communityPlanning and hosting resident events such as quiz nights, social evenings and engagement activitiesActing as a visible, energetic presence across the building - not just behind the deskHandling resident enquiries, requests and issues with confidence and efficiencySupporting viewings and promoting the property to help drive occupancyManaging parcels, reception duties and general administrationEnsuring communal areas are welcoming, well-presented and ready for resident useResponding to incidents, logging issues and supporting health & safety proceduresCarrying out room checks, welfare checks and general on-site supportWorking closely with the wider site and maintenance teamsTaking a proactive, hands-on approach to day-to-day operationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone with personality, confidence and a genuine passion for people.Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar people-facing roleOutgoing, energetic and confident engaging with a wide range of peopleComfortable hosting events and bringing new ideas to engage residentsA natural people-person who can build rapport quickly and create a positive atmosphereConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsProactive, organised and happy to take initiativeWell-presented and able to represent the brand with confidenceA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat's on OfferFull-time, permanent role (Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm)Opportunity to work on a large, flagship student accommodation schemeThe chance to make a real impact on resident experience and community cultureSalary: £24,784.50 + discretionary bonus
