<p><strong>Sales & Contracts Manager – Industrial Weighing Equipment</strong><br /><strong>Territory: Scotland (field-based)</strong></p>
<p>We are working with a well-established and growing manufacturer of industrial weighing systems, with an opportunity for a Sales & Contracts Manager to drive growth across Scotland.</p>
<p>This role focuses on selling a full range of weighing solutions into sectors including manufacturing, logistics, engineering, chemical, food, and recycling.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and develop a regional sales territory</li>
<li>Grow existing accounts and re-engage dormant customers</li>
<li>Identify and secure new business opportunities</li>
<li>Specify and sell technical solutions from standard to bespoke systems</li>
<li>Work autonomously to achieve and exceed sales targets</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within weighing, instrumentation, or industrial equipment</li>
<li>Ability to understand and specify engineering solutions</li>
<li>Strong track record of hitting sales targets</li>
<li>Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working remotely</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Scotland. Ideally centrally based, but flexible</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Package:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £55k-£60k+)</li>
<li>Company car, laptop, phone, and full support package</li>
</ul>
