Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis</li>
<li>Deliver targeted interventions</li>
<li>Implement support plans and strategies</li>
<li>Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO</li>
<li>Promote independence and confidence</li>
<li>Monitor and record pupil progress</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous SEND experience</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Two education-based references</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)</li>
