Lead Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities: MUST HAVE experience leading and managing field crews on commercial solar construction projects Read and interpret construction drawings and electrical schematics Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and project specifications Perform quality checks and resolve issues efficiently Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical guidance Maintain daily communication with project leadership Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years leading crews in commercial electrical construction Solar construction experience preferred OSHA 30 certification Strong NEC knowledge Ability to travel extensively Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred: Journeyman or Master Electrician license PV installation experience
