Remote role Job Description: MedCadre (Denken Solutions) is hiring experienced Healthcare Recruiters ready to operate at a higher level with full control over their earnings. This is a performance-driven model built for recruiters who can consistently generate placements and scale. Compensation: 50% of Gross Margin on Travel & Contract placements. 20% of Placement Fee on Full-Time roles. Uncapped earnings with monthly payouts. What You’ll Do: Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied clinicians. Submit into MSP/VMS programs and manage your pipeline. Drive placements, starts, and redeployments. What We Provide: Active jobs across top MSP programs. ATS (JobDiva), tools, and full operational support. Payroll, compliance, and credentialing handled internally. Who This Is For: Experienced healthcare recruiters (travel / MSP preferred). Strong closers who can build pipeline and maintain consistency. Self-driven professionals looking for higher upside.
