We are looking for an experienced Senior QS to work on project within the Birmingham area.
Working for a leading Highways and Civils contractor you will lead the team consisting of 2 QSās and a commercial assistant and work closely with the client in order to reach the best outcomes.
Duties/requirements:
Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
Measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
Agreement of payment of subcontractor accounts ā monitoring of accounts
Must be conversant with NEC forms of contract
Must of recently worked within the highways sector
Works ā Civils ā Road construction experience
Only apply if you have RECENT highways experience.(3-5 years).
